Our event spaces & services

The reception area in the administration building is open 24 hours a day. The building has a security post, a police station, an infirmary, storage rooms and high-quality technical equipment.

Our teams provide customers (event organisers) with all the help and advice they need to organise and stage their events, by making sure they have the appropriate spaces and services to ensure their events run smoothly (catering, audiovisual equipment, furniture, security, cleaning. etc.).  The teams are responsible for coordinating all the event services on site.

In line with the GL events Group's CSR policy, all the venues in the GL events Venues network undertake to :

• Reduce their carbon footprint;
• Reduce the use of disposable items and prioritise the use of the circular economy, whenever possible;
• Develop diversity and support local communities.
